[38M/5'10"/210] About 25lbs difference here, down 30 or so total. Mostly just dieting, but some treadmill use and being more active outdoors too. Want to lose 20-25 more to get where I want to be. I've noticed some 'gains' to go with the loss too!
45/6'/195 Was 210 with no tone 1 year ago, got down to 175 for the first time in 20 years, got to 185 then blew two months on peanut butter and depression to now. Trying to get back to 180 with more tone.
M44 going to gym daily and eating clean - still feel like crap about getting naked.... dick too small and body too fat ... cardio and weights - in calorie defect
F/22/5’9 UPDATE! 6 months (200>150, first photo was taken at 180) finally broke through my 1 month plateau into the 140s (before I ate breakfast lol)

30F / 5'5" / 155 lbs – only really have 1 (very unflattering) before photo because I hated the way I looked postpartum, but starting to feel confident in my body again.
More updates! I'm totally off of insulin. My a1c is still heading down and my daily glucose readings are great! Here's me relaxed and flexed
