I was 22 when I was diagnosed with MS and I started working out. I stopped for a long time and got back to it 2 years ago. I am 32 now! Healthier than ever! 125 lbs vs 145 lbs before and after!

30F / 5'5" / 155 lbs – only really have 1 (very unflattering) before photo because I hated the way I looked postpartum, but starting to feel confident in my body again.
(29F // 154lb // 5'3") Been training hard and lost about 6lb, but more importantly my chronic pain is down by about 50% :)
39/170/5'4 42 pound weight loss in 18 months. Trying to correct pelvic instability and help lower back injury.
