30f/5'4"/110lbs feeling so much more "normal" thanks to this amazing community. Here's one sitting down which really accentuates my stretch marks and wrinkled belly - hopefully it makes other ladies feel more confident too!
33M - 6ft3 - 190lbs today, down from 205 in June. Any tips for reducing ab fat without getting too skinny overall?
[38M/5'10"/210] About 25lbs difference here, down 30 or so total. Mostly just dieting, but some treadmill use and being more active outdoors too. Want to lose 20-25 more to get where I want to be. I've noticed some 'gains' to go with the loss too!
