19F 5'2 98lb been trying to feel less self-conscious of my flat chest but it's been slow progress.
F/19/5'7/145 lbs. Back again! Still trying to lose fat and gain muscle, not super impressive but I finally managed a 5x5 bodyweight deadlift yesterday! Finding this a good way to track physical progress. :)
F/23/145 lbs. After a lifetime of body insecurity I was happy with what I saw in the mirror this morning. Proud of my fitness progress.

5 months. 160lbs > 145lbs. Still struggling with my body image/feeling good naked, but proud of my progress!
30/F/5ft3/167lbs to 154lbs. I've posted a few pictures recently of my progress, this is the difference since march this year. It's easy to think I'm not progressing, then I look at this and realise it's a slow process that takes dedication.
