F/19/5'7/145 lbs. Back again! Still trying to lose fat and gain muscle, not super impressive but I finally managed a 5x5 bodyweight deadlift yesterday! Finding this a good way to track physical progress. :)
M/27/5’11” [190 down to 150 then back up to 170 with muscle trying to stay close to this weight but get more definition] How am I looking?
