F29/5ft3/156lbs I've lost 10lbs since my last post, feeling so much more confident in my own skin now and the hard work is really starting to show.
Someone suggested I post this here too... recently turned 40 and divorced... Have lost a lot of weight the last few years and trying to bulk up. Its been a great summer so far!
