Teaching a new girl to relax and open up her throat is always so messy the first couple of hundred times...It's a long process but its totally worth it.

30/F/5ft3/167lbs to 154lbs. I've posted a few pictures recently of my progress, this is the difference since march this year. It's easy to think I'm not progressing, then I look at this and realise it's a slow process that takes dedication.
