20F/165/5'4". I'm not feeling great about how my body looks and I've been struggling keeping to a diet/exercise plan, so I'm hoping this will give me some kind of accountability to keep working at my goal.
29F // 5'3" // 154lb. Still kind of insecure about my boobs but im working on it. And I lost 6lbs through diet and strength training!
[38M/5'10"/210] About 25lbs difference here, down 30 or so total. Mostly just dieting, but some treadmill use and being more active outdoors too. Want to lose 20-25 more to get where I want to be. I've noticed some 'gains' to go with the loss too!
