So much going on here: sweat, sun, weight gain & booze just to name a few ... but sooo wet! Getting clean just to get dirty again!
[38M/5'10"/210] About 25lbs difference here, down 30 or so total. Mostly just dieting, but some treadmill use and being more active outdoors too. Want to lose 20-25 more to get where I want to be. I've noticed some 'gains' to go with the loss too!
I've had coffee and still can't think of an interesting title but there's butt and soles in here. Hope it helps make your Monday morning just a little better :)
