29f/5ft3/165lbs. I have good days and bad days with my attitude towards my body, I'm working on having more good days though. And today is a good day, I'm proud of how strong I look!

F/30/167lbs - 151lbs/5ft3 these photos are taken 6 weeks apart. I sometimes struggle to see the progress I've made but this is undeniable! I'm so proud of myself.
30/F/5ft3/167lbs to 154lbs. I've posted a few pictures recently of my progress, this is the difference since march this year. It's easy to think I'm not progressing, then I look at this and realise it's a slow process that takes dedication.
