Started working out over a year ago, but these are the first nude pictures i've ever taken. I'll probably take some progress pics periodically. Love to hear comments, or exercise tips based on what you see
M / 28 / 5’7”/ 169lbs now — Before: 227lbs lost over the past year. Still a work in progress. I’m looking to loose 15 more lbs. Fat Pad is still very visible and very embarrassing, will continue motivated until my small tool looks decent.
30/F/5ft3/167lbs to 154lbs. I've posted a few pictures recently of my progress, this is the difference since march this year. It's easy to think I'm not progressing, then I look at this and realise it's a slow process that takes dedication.
