F/19/5'7/145 lbs. Back again! Still trying to lose fat and gain muscle, not super impressive but I finally managed a 5x5 bodyweight deadlift yesterday! Finding this a good way to track physical progress. :)
[m] 31 5’11” 168 lbs. Gained several lbs of muscle recently but still feel my butt is too small. Thoughts?

From 230 and chubby to 175 and skinny a couple months ago, starting to pack on a bit more muscle now :)

29/F/5ft3/156lb I've been working hard in the gym, I've put a good amount of muscle on my shoulders and quads, I am really enjoying the changes in my body! (That's a mark on the mirror for anyone wondering)
