33M - 6ft3 - 190lbs today, down from 205 in June. Any tips for reducing ab fat without getting too skinny overall?
Come on British Summer! Can't wait to cram myself into some tiny shorts and get down to the beach.

25/F/5’3/180lbs I quit drinking and went NC with my abuser, down ten pounds from working out/being healthy and feeling great about myself even if I got a long way to go!
[38M/5'10"/210] About 25lbs difference here, down 30 or so total. Mostly just dieting, but some treadmill use and being more active outdoors too. Want to lose 20-25 more to get where I want to be. I've noticed some 'gains' to go with the loss too!

M/49/5'9" 171 lbs. Down 35 lbs over last two years. Just started to workout again after a year long break.
