9 months post-divorce, down 15 lbs, and starting to feel confident again (33F/5'8''/155 lbs)
30/F/5ft3/167lbs to 154lbs. I've posted a few pictures recently of my progress, this is the difference since march this year. It's easy to think I'm not progressing, then I look at this and realise it's a slow process that takes dedication.
F/26/138 I’m at my heaviest and pretty uncomfortable with it, tbh. Trying to not fall back into disordered habits.
