F/22/5’9 UPDATE! 6 months (200>150, first photo was taken at 180) finally broke through my 1 month plateau into the 140s (before I ate breakfast lol)
39/170/5'4 42 pound weight loss in 18 months. Trying to correct pelvic instability and help lower back injury.
30F / 5'5" / 155 lbs – only really have 1 (very unflattering) before photo because I hated the way I looked postpartum, but starting to feel confident in my body again.
(M, 5'11, 145 lbs) I started working out about a year and a half ago. I primarily do kettlebell training and occasionally power lifting! I also been diagnosed with MS 9 years ago
From 230 and chubby to 175 and skinny a couple months ago, starting to pack on a bit more muscle now :)
M/ 18/ 240 I've lost 15 pounds in the last month and a half and have also shaved my pubic hair since then. Thoughts and advice welcome
