M/18y/5’9”, 197 LBS ~~~ 20y/5’9”, 165 LBS. Down 32 lbs from two years ago, would like to gain 15 lbs of muscle now.
M/23/6'2" [213 lbs > 171.5 lbs = 41.5 lbs] (9 months) 5 lbs away from my goal weight and my belly fat just. will. not. die. I've made a lot of progress, though!
